We teach women how to move through the guilt, shame and unworthiness they carry that keeps them from living the health centered lifestyle they deeply long for.
You know eating more fruits and vegetables is important, drinking more water is beneficial, and exercising every day is a really good idea. However, if that's all it took to be happy and healthy, we'd all be thriving every day. But I don't think we are.
