I love the phrase"the world is your oyster", but when the time comes to really expand and grow, it can be paralysing. Cue loads of self-doubt, lack of confidence, tsunamis of frustration and fear, etc. This was my story, but I knew there was more for me. So I did the work, I overcame, and now I'm bringing you alongside me to live your most vivacious life, too!
10 years ago, I was broken, tired and overwhelmed by life.
Hitting rock bottom in my early 20's, my mental, emotional, and physical health were a mess and I was a complete wreck. Disastrous breakup, barely eating, stressed, depressed and hating myself to my core--I was an empty shell of who I used to be and it sickened me.
So how did I turn things around? I nursed my body back to health by healing the most important relationship of my life: the relationship I had with myself; my mind, heart and body.
There are hundreds of health coaching programs available on the market that can help you get healthier. Whether you want to lose weight, learn how to meal prep, get rock hard abs or a perfect 'peach', it's all there. But here's the downfall I see with those programs: they only get you a quick win.
This is great, but what happens when life gets hard, busy and you're exhausted? Meal prepping, exercising and meditating become one more thing on the to-do list and you stop doing it-- and what happens then? You feel GUILTY and frustrated, yet again. I'm going to teach you how to sustain when challenges arise, how to nourish your body no matter how crazy life gets.

BODY LOVE is all about teaching you how to honor your body with food by living in alignment with your values and vision. In the program, you'll do just that by avoiding allergenic foods and honoring your religious beliefs. If your restrictions are in place because you think by avoiding said foods is 'healthier', I'd like to ask you to be coachable and join BODY LOVE with a beginner's mind to explore this more deeply.

What you put in is always what you'll get out of anything you invest in. I'd like to challenge you to show up live as a commitment to your own growth and success in the program and to get your questions answered directly. However, all coaching calls will be recorded for you to watch back if you can't make it (I'm a mom, I know stuff comes up). You'll find these recordings inside your BODY LOVE training portal.
I've been in so many online courses and programs over the years and I know what it's like to feel like you're falling behind on videos and homework each week. I've specifically designed BODY LOVE to be very simplistic with one training video per week (less than 30 minutes), one homework sheet and one 60 minute group coaching call each. Plan to spend at least 2 hours per week learning, reflecting and applying.
