Berries & Water was founded in 2020 with the idea that eating all the right things would never truly be enough to live your very best life. There is so much more to us as women than what we eat (or don't eat) that impacts how we feel about ourselves. Shame. Guilt. Comparison. Self-doubt. Fear of losing control and not measuring up all shows up in how we nourish our bodies.
We're changing things here...
"This work is very personal to me. Walking my own health and worthiness journey has inspired every lesson I teach."
Combining the unique principles of Integrative Nutrition with the Coaching Mastery Method, Berries & Water is unlike any other health coaching service available on the market. We offer a complete transformation, from the inside, out; we go beyond traditional meal plans and food restrictions to help our clients discover what their individual healthstyles looks like.
Everything we do here is personal. Our clients are not numbers; they are women with names, stories, desires, and have a purpose that only they can fulfill. Our job is to help them see the power they forgot they had.
